📦 iTel Solar Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Once your payment clears, our team begins processing your order immediately.

• Expect shipment to be dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Area & Timelines

• We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria.   

• Standard delivery timeframe is 48 hours from dispatch.  

• For remote locations, delivery may take up to 3 business days, with prior notice provided.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

• All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners for safe and efficient shipping.

• Standard shipping is free on all orders above 2,000,000 Naira. All other shipping is between 2000 Naira to 5000 Naira only.

• Need it faster? Express shipping options are available at checkout for a nominal fee.

4. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

• Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Hours & Support

• Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday.

• Our Customer & Shipping Support team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions. ()

6. Shipping Restrictions

• For heavy/bulky items (e.g., large lithium batteries, inverters), we may contact you before dispatch to discuss delivery logistics or possible additional charges.

• International shipping is not offered at this time—delivery is limited to within Nigeria.

7. Inspection & Damaged Shipments

• Please inspect all packages upon receipt.

• If you find a defect, damage, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours at Sam@itelsolar.com or via WhatsApp/Call at (+234) 807 144 4456.  

• We’ll provide instructions for return, replacement, or repair at no extra cost.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns, exchanges, or store credits within 14 days of delivery (subject to item condition).
